Abby is a lead trainer at The Exercise Coach in Lincoln Park. She holds a degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Abby's experience playing sports bloomed into a passion for fitness, natural health, and overall well-being. Abby desires to become a Dietitian that specializes in sport's nutrition. She encourages eating avocados. When she is not at Exercise Coach, you will probably find her sitting at a cafe with an almond milk latte,wearing comfortable shoes,and travel blogging.
Alex is currently enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago studying Kinesiology. He is working toward getting a degree in Physical or Occupational therapy. He has been an athlete his whole life and has a love for fitness and sports. Alex came in first place at a state collegiate powerlifting competition in spring of 2016, but is currently not training for any competitions. Interests: Football, basketball, powerlifting.
Jenna is the studio manager at The Exercise Coach in Lincoln Park. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Jenna is a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She started with The Exercise Coach at our Schaumburg location after graduating in 2011. Over the last 6 years she has worked with various populations ranging from seniors to children. Her specialization is strength and fat loss for the general population. Jenna strives to help clients achieve a healthier, balanced lifestyle while maintaining a positive attitude. You are likely to find her with a smile on her face while you sweat. She loves traveling, an early bedtime, Trader Joe’s, and all things chocolate.
Moriah is a Lead Trainer at The Exercise Coach in Lincoln Park and received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She continued to play competitive soccer throughout her college career and enjoys recreational sports. Her professional career consists of specializing in strength training, high-intensity interval training, injury prevention, and wellness coaching. She aspires to become a Physical Therapist where she can combine her passion for rehabilitation and physical activity. Moriah will keep you motivated while progressing toward your health goals. You’ll probably catch her drinking her sixth cup of coffee by 7 a.m.
